Who we are.....

Camarones Cabrones is a catering service created by 3 brothers in the city of Bassett. Founders Eddie, Tito and Primo are big seafood eaters and would frequent popular restaurants such as: The Boiling Crab and Joe’s Crab shack. One day they decided to try and create some of their favorite dishes at home but with a taste all their own: thus Camarones Cabrones was born. 

Our Method of cooking: 

Taking a Cajun derived recipe and mixing in their own twist, they created Cajun/Mexican fusion. Using similar methods to cook the food such as a pot boil and adding a second step of cooking the food in a Mexican style CASO where they mix in a secret receipt seasoning they created to drench all the food in a spicy buttery sauce.
